Silver City Design Field School

The Silver City Design Field School was formulated as a collaboration with Western New Mexico and Woodbury University to engage in design research exploration of the built environment in Silver City.  The field school will explore the historical and contemporary evolution of the community and develop design proposals for rethinking the future potential of Silver City.

 

The course will focus on developing content for:

 

• data visualizations of social, cultural, political and environmental data

• develop design proposals for the community

• create a publication and digital repository of research documentation
